Some foods we eat unknowingly wreak havoc on our bodies, so for 21 days we are going to limit these, and afterwards you can slowly reintroduce them into your diet as you see fit.
You will enjoy a higher fat diet that encourages you to eat foods such as eggs, cheeses, steak, bacon, and beef to optimize your fat loss. Fattier foods do not spike your insulin as much as other foods do and also have satiating effects, making you feel fuller for longer.
We've included optional at-home and in-the-gym workouts that can be completed within 15-30 minutes to accelerate fat loss. HIIT training is the most effective style of training in regards to burning body fat quickly.
We've also included recipe options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are delicious and easy to make! You can fit these into your meal plan, if you choose to, as you see fit.
